The models we specialize in
A combined operational and financial business model is a comprehensive framework that integrates a company's revenue streams, cost structures, financing strategies, and operational processes. It aligns the operational and financial aspects of the business with the company's overall goals and objectives, providing a holistic view of its operations. This integrated approach helps businesses make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term success.

Business modeling is a valuable tool for startups and scaleups looking to fundraise, scale sustainably, plan effectively and evaluate their performance.
It provides a clear roadmap for the company's operations and financial goals, helping to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and performance is measured. It will also help to attract investors and secure funding, as a well-defined model demonstrates the startup's understanding of its market and its ability to generate revenue.

Forecasting models can be a powerful tool for investors looking to analyze and manage their portfolios effectively, helping to identify potential risks in their investment strategies, and in so doing, reduce the potential for losses. They can also help you make more informed investment decisions, identify trends, and allocate your resources more effectively.
Using a model provides you with a tool to handle and analyze more data, enabling you to find opportunities faster. This will give you a competitive advantage over others using more qualitative approaches.

Deep-dives are one of the highest impact activities you can do for your business, and can help you understand your company’s performance to improve, in a variety of ways.
They can give you a comprehensive understanding of specific processes and issues (and identify their root causes), and consequently improve your decision making. They can also identify inefficiencies in a process or system and help you improve them (to save time and resources), and give you a competitive edge by uncovering insights that your competition may not have considered, leading to innovation.
SMEs
SMEs
Business modeling is a valuable tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking for a clear understanding of the company's financial situation and needing support ensuring that resources are being used effectively. It will also help SMEs make informed decisions to facilitate growth and expansion in the long term, and help identify potential risks and opportunities to take proactive measures to manage them.
Individuals
Individuals
Individuals can benefit significantly from using a forecasting tool for their personal portfolio. It can empower them to make informed and active investment decisions on their own, and allow them to analyze market trends and historical performance to inform their investment planning.
Also, by collecting data on all their various investments in one place, they can have a holistic view of their portfolio. This can help them set targets for distributing their resources, determine where they can afford to take risks, and identify where they need to add or remove investments to maintain a balanced portfolio.
How we support your modeling needs
We deliver bespoke solutions using an iterative, Agile process to ensure that the model answers all your questions, even the ones you weren’t aware of before working with us.
Scoping call
Understanding your current situation, pain points and business needs.
Data review
You send any relevant data, and we will review and scope the work needed.
We build the model, breaking down the deliverables into mini-projects who’s scope can be adjusted as the project evolves.
Model construction
Model review
At the end of each mini-project, we review the progress with you. In this way, you remain in control of the scope and direction, are progressively being onboarded, and have the opportunity to adjust the model requirements as your understanding of the challenges evolves through our iterative process, changes occur in the company, or more information becomes available.
Delivery and handover
Once the model is complete, it is shared with you to allow you the time to learn how to best use it and request final adjustments, before any documentation (if required) is completed and delivered.
Next steps
Should additional work be needed post-handover (business changes, adding in new functionality, data etc.), we are available to continue working on the model.
